Lose weight for Christmas
After the holiday season you may be feeling a bit bloated (I know I do) and wondering how to lose weight for Christmas is the last thing on your mind. Coming back from holidays makes it very hard to get ANY motivation to get back to the gym, but the trick is to fight through.
To lose weight for Christmas you must start early enough and set yourself some achievable goals. The goal I have set myself goal is to lose between 3 and 4 stone (between 42 and 56lbs) by Christmas. This is up to one stone per month for the next 4 months. Based on my previous weight loss, I think this is achievable with some work.
The Holiday season
Over the last month (I call this the holiday season) because I do not even attempt to lose weight in this period, it’s a total free for all. A one month all you can eat frenzy! As you can see below, in August my attendance was low and subsequently, I gained some weight.
As a consequence, the following weight chart shows that I have put some weight on.
The next four months
The next four months are filled with the goal of getting rid of some of this excess fat before Christmas. Not having to worry about weight over Christmas and enjoying the great food that Christmas has to offer!
