Whilst on the fortieth floor of the Stepper it suddenly came to me..

So,  the story goes like follows,  three years ago I lost 4 stone. For some reason  I always tell people about this great achievement but it is actually irrelevant,  as I put it all back on to this point and then added around three stone.

Work gets in the way,  I stopped smoking and got fat.

So,  what came to me?

Set achievable goals…

My first goal is to loose half a stone.  The next will be to loose another half… And so on untill I reach my target weight.

This makes the mountain seem easier to climb instead of climbing it all at once 🙂
