2016 has been a year of ups and downs and I wanted to show you how number of times you go to the gym can directly influence weight loss, how? Take a look at my data.
As a little background and context, in September, I started working full time again, before that I was working freelance and finishing university.

The graph shows that between February and June, weight loss was at a steady trend in a downwards direction. After June, I got way too busy and started to put the gym on the back burner, Lets see the number of times over the year by month that I attended the gym.

I am trying not to be discouraged, as at this point I have still lost 25 lbs from my original weight!
I have weighed myself as a starting weight and plan to loose one stone (14lbs) in the next month. I will check in at the end of January and update everyone how I have got on.
