I have now been going to the gym for the last 4 – 5 days straight and although it is hard sometimes to motivate yourself when going and changing your lifestyle, it is also extremely satisfying when you have burned 5 – 600 calories.

In addition to going to the gym I have slightly altered my diet, taking out anything majorly fatty and making better lunches for work.

I will be weighing in tomorrow to see if I am anywhere closer to my first goal of half a stone loss.

Four days off

Ok,  so just had four days off due to it being the Christmas holidays… Time to get back…
